Accounts, content & acceptable use
Purchases, sales and trades must be made by someone legally able to enter a binding agreement. A parent or legal guardian must manage transactions for a minor. Keep your account secure, use accurate information and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. The account service is not intended for children under 13; contact us if a child has provided personal information.
Do not use Lorewares for fraud, counterfeits, stolen goods, harassment, unlawful content, manipulation of reviews or prices, or attempts to bypass security. We may restrict accounts, remove content or decline transactions to address these issues, subject to existing obligations and applicable law.
You retain your rights in content you upload. You give Lorewares permission to host, display and use it as needed to provide the listing, sharing, transaction, inspection and support features you use. Upload only content you have the right to share. Card artwork, game names and third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners.
Service limits & resolving problems
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free market data, a particular resale value or a specific grading outcome. To the extent permitted by law, Lorewares is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost resale profits, arising from use of the service. This does not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections, fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Contact us first so we have an opportunity to resolve a problem. This does not require you to give up payment disputes, small-claims remedies or other legal rights. These terms are governed by Wisconsin law, without displacing mandatory protections that apply where you live.
We may update these policies and will revise the date above. Changes apply prospectively; they do not retroactively remove rights or agreed terms from existing transactions. Specific terms disclosed and agreed for a transaction apply alongside these policies. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
