We use information you provide—such as account details, contact and delivery information, collection and want lists, photos, listings, transaction records, preferences and support messages—to operate the marketplace, fulfill transactions, maintain records, prevent abuse and provide support. Passwords are stored as hashes rather than readable passwords.

Cookies and browser storage support sign-in, carts, saved drafts and appearance preferences. Visiting a creator’s referral link sets a first-party referral cookie for up to 30 days. We use the last partner link visited in that browser to attribute orders and measure partner promotions. The referral record stores a random visit identifier, the partner and timestamps, without an IP address or browser fingerprint. Clearing or blocking that cookie prevents later attribution; reports do not identify unique people. Service logs and error reports may contain technical details needed for reliability and security. Clearing browser storage can remove local preferences or drafts.

Payment services such as Stripe process payments and seller onboarding. Lorewares does not store full payment-card numbers; we retain transaction references and payment status. Email providers such as Resend, shipping services such as EasyPost/WeSupply and carriers receive the information needed for their services. A seller fulfilling your order receives relevant buyer and delivery information.

Profile names, avatars, trading activity, listings and collection information you make public or share may be visible to others. A share link can be passed on by its recipients. Public marketplace pages are different from private account records; avoid putting personal contact information in public notes or images.

We do not sell your personal information or provide it to third parties for their independent advertising. Information may also be disclosed to comply with legal obligations, address fraud or security issues, protect rights, or handle a business transfer subject to applicable privacy protections. Providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate.

Use account settings to manage your profile, privacy and notifications. Account deletion can be blocked while transactions remain open. Deletion removes the account and some associated data, but does not erase every transaction, shipment, inspection, payment-provider record or backup. Records may be retained for transaction history, dispute resolution, security and legal or accounting requirements.

Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or ask about retained records. We may need to verify your identity. Available rights and retention exceptions depend on applicable law. No online service can promise absolute security.

We send account, security, order, trade and trade-in messages needed to operate the service. Discovery alerts, saved searches, restock updates and other optional notifications follow the choices available in your account. Turning off discovery alerts does not turn off necessary transaction or security messages.

Delivery texts are optional, order-specific and offered only for participating sellers’ supported shipments. Opting in provides your selected mobile number to EasyPost/WeSupply for automated shipping updates. A phone number supplied only as a carrier contact is not treated as a text-message opt-in. Economy envelopes do not include tracking updates.

Text frequency varies with shipment events; message and data rates may apply. Text consent is not a condition of purchase and does not authorize marketing texts. Follow the unsubscribe instructions in the delivery message or contact us for assistance. Notifications can be delayed and are not guarantees of delivery; consult your order record for available updates.
